- We’ll have a small chat and set up a complimentary consultation.
- Together we will develop a customized contract and select a date.
- We will do a deep dive into appraisals, pricing, staging, advertising. This is often an intense period of on-site preparation by the team. Each item will be profiled to maximize your profit.
- Sale Day! We will be there from start to finish, providing top-notch customer service to shoppers. After-sale clean up can also be discussed as part of the planning process.
- At the conclusion of the sale, we will provide you with an after-sale report from the event in a timely and agreed upon fashion.
